SAUNAWORLD

The sauna enhances the immune system, effectively reduces stress and refreshens the circulation. For the sake of this we have equipped our wellnes area with an ambitiously styled sauna world. We suggest You to start in the infrared cabin, then after a short rest continue to the aromatic sauna with panoramic view window overlooking the mountain Kreischberg. Now You are ready to enter the finnish sauna where we will really make You sweat! During Your stay You can cool down in the sinking pool. Finally You can lay down and loosen up in the relaxing room.

SALT CAVE

The salt cave is the latest original method of the application of rock salt and Dead Sea salt in rehabilitation, prophylaxis and health protection. In the grotto you will find a specific microclimate with expectional bacteriological cleanless. The air inside the grotto is saturated with minerals and microorganisms. Beside the advantageous negative ionization, the air in the cave includes: iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, selenium and many more elements. The sessions are held on comfortable deckchairs, accompanied by appropriate music (roaring sea, rustling wind, singing birds) which helps you relax and calm down. The colour-therapy set which is installed in the grotto also has a great influence on your good mental state. Warm colours (yellow, orange and red) have stimulating and energizing effects while cold colours (violet, blue and indigo) calm your senses and soothe your mood. Patients come into the cave in their own clothes and place disposable protectors on their shoes.

WELLSYSTEM RELAX - MASSAGE

Dry water massage: relaxation in a nutshell.. Anyone experiencing the Wellsystem Relax for themselves, won't want to be without it again. Partial or full body massage with the targeted power of warm water. All fully clothed – without getting changed, without showering.  All settings can be made conveniently from the lying position. We can select the massage intensity we require by means of the sliding regulator at the side of the membrane surface. The practical hand-held control unit allows us to determine which parts of the body you wish to massage.
